Two agency founders who automated their own business before anyone else's. Here is how we got here, how we think about the work, and what you can hold us to.

We're Not a Tech Company. We're Translators.

NoCoded is an AI automation consultancy for UK businesses. We translate what AI can do into things that run in your business: voice agents, automations, platforms and agents on your own data.

Think of us as your GP for AI. You come to us with a problem. We listen, we diagnose, and we recommend the right treatment: not the most expensive one, not the trendiest one, the one that actually solves it. Then we build it.

NoCoded is Charlie Lefever and Joe Brady, who ran a marketing agency together for five years before this: Joe on sales and creative direction, Charlie on delivery and the systems. Those are still the jobs. Joe runs sales and content. Charlie builds what you buy and runs the weekly sessions where the decisions get made.

Systems that would have cost six figures a few years ago can now be built for a fraction of that. The hard part is knowing which ones to build. That is what we do.

/ Where We Came From

We ran a business before we fixed one.

NoCoded did not start as an AI company. It started as two agency owners drowning in the same admin every business drowns in, and deciding to do something about it. If that sounds like your week, you are the business we built this for.

  1. 2020

    Two mates start an agency

    Charlie and Joe have been best friends since school. Straight out of university they started Who Media, a paid-ads agency generating leads for law firms and claims companies: hundreds of leads a day for clients spending tens of thousands a month on Facebook and TikTok. Joe ran sales and creative direction. Charlie ran delivery and the systems behind it.

  2. The admin

    The busy work starts winning

    Onboarding, reporting, chasing, copying things between six bits of software. The agency ran on the same admin every business runs on. Charlie got obsessed with automating it, first with Zapier, then Make, then n8n, because it was the only way to get the week back.

  3. The first AI build

    Eight lawyers, one spreadsheet, a week of lost leads

    When ChatGPT got an API, one client had a team of eight scoring every lead by hand against the personal injury guidelines, ten to fifteen minutes each, while new leads sat for a week. Charlie trained an automation on the guidelines. It scored each lead as it arrived, wrote it to the CRM and set the order to call. It was worth more to that firm than the ads were.

  4. 2024

    NoCoded

    The automations kept being worth more than the advertising. In April 2024 we set up NoCoded and ran both businesses side by side for eighteen months, fixing our own processes first and then our clients'.

  5. 2025

    All in

    In autumn 2025 we closed the agency work and put everything into NoCoded. We had automated our own business out of its admin. Now we do it for businesses like the one we ran.

Charlie ran delivery and the systems at Who Media, the paid-ads agency he and Joe started straight out of university. Five years of onboarding, reporting and chasing taught him where a business actually loses its week, so he automated the agency out of its admin, first with Zapier, then with AI. When the automations started being worth more to clients than the ads, NoCoded followed. He builds everything we ship: the scoping, the voice agents, the automations, the platforms. Joe ran sales and creative direction at Who Media: winning the clients, then making the campaigns that brought them hundreds of leads a day. He was the sceptic when Charlie started automating the agency, right up until it took the admin off his own desk. At NoCoded he runs sales and content, including the videos you may have found us through, and he still talks like a business owner because he has been one since university.

What that means for you

Nothing we send you is written by an engineer. Joe makes sure the proposal, the demo and the plan read the way a business owner reads.

Outcome first. We talk about what the business gets, not how the technology works.

The right treatment, not the most expensive one. Sometimes the answer is a small automation, not a platform.

We build. Advice is included, but the fee pays for things that run in your business.

Nothing we build is abandoned. A warranty, then a Care Plan, or looked after as part of a Retainer.

Plain English, straight answers, and a fixed price or a fixed monthly fee. No hourly surprises.
