You get a roadmap. A Build client buys one item from it. A Retainer client buys the whole roadmap, a month at a time.
The fee comes off the build if you go ahead within 30 days.

Questions About Builds
It depends on the scope, and you get a fixed number before any work starts. The first call will tell you roughly where it lands. If the scope isn't clear enough to price, we start with a paid Diagnosis and the fee comes off the build.
Three weeks for a single voice agent or automation, up to six months for a platform. The date is agreed with the price.
A 30-day warranty, then the first month of the Care Plan free, then the Care Plan if you want it kept running. The Care Plan covers monitoring, fixes and keeping up when the tools it connects to change.

New features are quoted as a further Build, or if there is a steady stream of them, that is usually the point to move to a Retainer.
